31 days on a sugar fast.
Wow.
The first three weeks were a breeze.
Being on a sugar fast was no more than an inconvenience,
because food and treats are such a social thing.
The last week riddled with cravings and temptations.
There were a couple of slip [...]

I admit it, I’m not a foodie.
I don’t obsess over food.
Making the best, knowing it all.

I want my meals to taste good, but I could care less about the presentation.
Why waste my time?
Nobody in my family would appriciate a perfect coif [...]
I have done it, finally! I’ve made a summer meal plan. It took a lot of work (because it’s hard coming up with 14 different healthy breakfast, lunches, dinners, and snacks. I realize that not everybody likes the same things that I do, and that is okay you can take this meal plan and use it [...]
