Dancing for exercise

I’m not a good dancer.

I’ve always wanted to be, but except for my brief stint of ballet I’ve never gotten into it.

Dancing for exercise

Now there is a bright idea.

Dancing is so fun and to incorporate it as a major part of your exercise routine is a fantastic way of getting your heart rate up.

It’s a fantastic way of having fun and getting physically fit at the same time.

I dance for exercise occasionally.

Usually when I am alone, lol!

I don’t want to completely freak anyone out by my dancing.

I may not be the worst dancer out there, but I’m somewhere at the top of the list.

I still do it though.

I footloose it through my whole house, singing along, laughing,

and enjoying every breathless minute.
